Damian Hickey founded Naarm Consulting as a response to the growing need for mid-sized enterprise consulting services.
His professional journey began as a UNIX systems administrator with a state government insurer during its transition from mainframe to UNIX and Oracle, witnessing significant transformations throughout his career.
Damian has a strong history of working closely and co-operatively with customers at all levels and development teams to envisage, implement and manage innovative business transformation.
His extensive experience extends across Australia and the USA, where he has undertaken analytical roles in diverse sectors. These include insurance, financial services, education, entertainment, construction, legal tech, property, transport, and multiple levels of government, ranging from federal to local.
